The MICROMECALP Cross Bar for Sunburst Finishing is designed for use with the Lapino carriage and enables work with a vertical abrasive belt to create refined sunburst finishes on watch components and other precision parts.
This decorative finishing technique produces the characteristic radial pattern found on many watch cases and dials, such as the iconic finish seen on the Omega Speedmaster Mark II case.
For optimum use, the cross bar is mounted onto the T120 lapping table extension stand, providing a stable and adjustable working platform. Users who already own the extension stand can order the cross bar separately.
The extension stand offers a height adjustment range of approximately ±180 mm, allowing precise positioning according to the workpiece and machine configuration.
Compatible with all MICROMECALP X-Series machines, as well as Crevoisier machines and other vertical belt finishing systems.
