MV - Cleaning product for disassembled watches (MV3537.XXX)

MV cleaning product is a professional solution specially formulated for the deep cleaning of watch components, including both vintage and modern movements. Its water-free formula, based on refined solvents and degreasing agents, ensures optimal cleaning without damaging sensitive materials. Designed for machine use (ultrasonic, vibration) or manual cleaning, this solution effectively removes oils, grease, dust, and oxidized deposits without leaving residues.

Use: Cleaning of watch parts (bridges, gear trains, screws, main plates, etc.)
Compatible methods: Ultrasonic cleaning, vibration cleaning, static immersion, or manual cleaning

De-aromatized light hydrocarbons (Stoddard solvent type)
Naphthenic and aliphatic solvents C5–C9

Instructions for use:

Pour the product into a suitable container (glass or stainless steel)
Immerse disassembled parts, free from excess oil
Leave to act for 5 to 15 minutes depending on dirt level (using a brush may sometimes improve results)
Rinse immediately with an MV rinsing solution
Dry with warm air, compressed air, or under a drying bell

Replace the cleaning bath when deposits or dirt accumulate at the bottom of the container.
For optimal cleaning of your parts, carry out a pre-cleaning step followed by the main cleaning step (2 baths).
