Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
Return conditions:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

The item must be properly packaged for transport.

Items purchased as a set, pack, or box must be returned in their entirety.

Only returned items are eligible for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

For purchases made with a discount, the refund will correspond to the actual price paid for the item.
No exchanges will be made. After receipt and verification of the return, a credit note will be issued for an amount equivalent to the value of the returned item.
