VAT for European professionals
For companies established in an EU country outside France, with a valid intra-Community VAT number, orders may be invoiced excluding VAT, with 0% VAT, under the intra-Community supply VAT exemption scheme.
The intra-Community VAT number must be provided and validated before the VAT exemption can be applied.
Professional payment methods
For your professional orders, you can choose between:
- Bank transfer: payment is made by you after the order has been validated.
- SEPA Direct Debit: a direct debit mandate must be signed when the service is first set up. For subsequent orders, payment is collected as soon as the order is validated, allowing immediate dispatch when the products are in stock.
Professional account creation is subject to approval.
Please contact us and send us the following documents as soon as your customer account has been created:
- Company registration document dated within the last 3 months, or equivalent depending on your legal status
- Intra-Community VAT number, where applicable
- Full company contact details
